Dr. Ritu Raj Singh Elected as Chair of Optica’s Integrated Photonics Technical Group
We are thrilled to announce that Dr. Ritu Raj Singh, Assistant Professor in ECE Department at NSUT Delhi and Advisor of the NSUT Delhi Optica Student Chapter, has been elected as the Chair of Optica’s Integrated Photonics Technical Group.
This leadership position, recently announced by Optica, recognizes leaders for 28 technical groups worldwide. Dr. Singh was elected by his peers for a three-year term starting in January 2025.
As Chair, Dr. Singh will spearhead efforts to foster a vibrant community within the Integrated Photonics Technical Group. Responsibilities include assembling an executive committee to collaborate on organizing special events, hosting insightful webinars on emerging topics, and sharing the latest advancements in the field.
This milestone not only highlights Dr. Singh’s commitment to advancing optics and photonics but also reflects the excellence and active participation of NSUT Delhi in global technical communities.
