NSUT Optica Chapter - Lecture Series on Ultrafast Optics and Photonics

OPTICA, NSUT Student Chapter at Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering is going to organize a 2–days Lecture series on Ultrafast Optics and Photonics: Biomedical, Scientific and Industrial application - 1 (UOP-2022) at NSUT Delhi from 24^th - 25^th December, 2022.

UOP - 2022 is aimed to expose participants to current practices in optical and photonic communication, optical networks & emerging areas of photonics such as silicon photonics and microwave photonics with their need in biomedical, scientific, industrial applications.

This two day lecture series invites the participation of students, scholars, faculties from the area of optical and photonics field, learning their applications and the emerging technologies arising for ultrafast communication.

About NSUT Delhi Optica Student Chapter

NSUT Delhi Optica Student Chapter constituted on 14 Sept 2022 with active cooperation from students and the effective guidance of the Chapter Advisor. This student chapter work under the guidance of Chapter Advisor, who heads the working committee consisting of primarily student members. The working committee comprises of student members acting as President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer.

This chapter aims at working in close collaboration with the industrial world that would thereby enable the members and participants to contribute with their innovative ideas in the field of optics. The chapters plan to enrich its member base through professional networking by providing career development and technical programming. The objective of this chapters is to raise awareness of optics and science learning through participation in events at its institution and in the local seats of learning. It also plans to disseminate awareness through youth education and outreach activities such as science fairs, laboratory tours and classroom demonstrations etc. This is a non-profit organization and world’s leading professional association for the advancement of technology.
